ACC Investment Criteria
We are interested in communities that serve universities with enrollments of at least 15,000 students. We have no minimum site size.
In addition, when considering any project or transaction,
- Desire locations pedestrian or biking distance to campus
- Can develop townhomes, garden-style, mid- and high-rise, mixed use
- Can redevelop existing property or work with raw land
- Ability to rezone property for desired use – land does not need to have zoning in place

Sell to ACC

We provide mezzanine financing at competitive, below-market rates to help qualified developers successfully complete their student housing projects. We can also offer presales in conjunction with financing, so ACC is the ultimate buyer of the development – taking the largest risk of a development out of the equation and allowing you to leverage our low cost of capital and operating experience.
