The Drexel University – American Campus Partnership
Drexel University President John Fry’s vision of the modern urban university provided the platform for American Campus Communities to develop, finance, manage and ultimately own via the ACE® program three differentiated housing projects tailored to the Philadelphia market. The outcome is a reinvigorated University City neighborhood with vibrant commercial venues and increased housing capacity for more than 3,000 Drexel students.

Overview of the Arizona State University (ASU) – American Campus Partnership
ASU, the nation’s largest university by enrollment, is a leader in its use of privatized student housing. Through a partnership beginning in 2006, ACC and ASU pioneered developer-equity financing with its American Campus Equity (ACE®) program.

CSU spearheaded Cleveland’s downtown revitalization efforts by modernizing the university’s student housing. Learn how ACC redeveloped a 1927 George Post high-rise into modern student housing and developed 600 new beds and university mixed-use space.

In an effort to transition from a commuter school to a residential campus, PSU partnered with American Campus and utilized the American Campus Equity (ACE®) program to develop a mixed-use high-rise student community. University Pointe at College Station offers academic and retail space, direct access to the train, and is tracking LEED® gold certification.

The full privatization of Prairie View A&M University's housing system was made possible through a committed partnership that began in 1996 and continues to thrive today.
